Pharma Store is a formulator, manufacturer, blender, distributor, and sales agent for thousands of industrial chemicals and reagent grade laboratory chemicals sold to municipalities and businesses throughout the Globe.

Thousands of water treatment facilities, manufacturers, food and dairy producers, research labs and many other organizations depend on Pharma Store for the chemical products they need. Pharma Store is headquartered in Devonport, Plymouth. Our facilities are located throughout the Globe with receive, store, distribute and, in some cases, manufacture products.

Pharma Store operates a fleet of trucks, trailers, tankers and tractors from our extensive warehouse facilities. The Pharma Store delivery network, including our branch facilities, allows us to respond to special needs and requirements of our customers throughout our large delivery area.

From the moment we make contact with a customer or potential customer, we work to provide the best service possible–whether it’s arranging for a holiday delivery, making arrangements for unusual products, or simply just delivering on time, every time. Shipping Information 

PLEASE ALLOW 21 DAYS FROM SHIPPING DATE BEFORE CONTACTING US ABOUT AN ORDER NOT DELIVERED

All orders from our warehouse are shipped by your selected shipping method at 12.00h Monday – Friday except public holidays.

Airmail shipments do not require a signature and will be delivered to your specified delivery address the same way a letter would be delivered to your address by your local postal network.

Shipping times will vary from country to country but a guide to shipping times from day of shipping until arrival is shown below 

Countries within NA  1 – 4 days from day of shipping* 

Countries outside the NA 4 – 10 days from day of shipping* 

*Please remember these times are only an estimate and shipping time can be less or longer than times shown on many occasions an order can arrive 3 weeks after shipping to NA countries and more than 1 month for countries outside the NA.  

Tracked Shipping $30.99 – Tracked shipping is a method of shipping where you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can follow the progress of your order in the postal network. Please note that ALL tracked shipments are shipped at buyers own risk and under no circumstances will any compensation or reship take place for orders not delivered safely. It should also be noted that tracked shipping does not mean your order will be delivered any faster than standard shipping, normally tracked shipping will arrive in the same time as an airmail package.

Tracked Insured Shipping $50.99 – Tracked Insured Shipping is a method of shipping where you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped so that you can follow the progress of your order in the postal network. If after 21 days from day of shipping your order has not been delivered safely contact us and after confirming with the post office we will resend your order completely free of charge by Airmail. Please note we will only offer one free reship of any order under this guarantee which will be shipped by Airmail with no tracking or insurance.  It should also be noted that tracked insured shipping does not mean your order will be delivered any faster than standard shipping, normally tracked shipping will arrive in the same time as an airmail package. Insured shipping is not possible to high risk countries listed below or any country outside the NA. We also only offer insured shipping to orders of maximum value $750
